Is it a pressure cooker?

No. This model cooks with steam, convection heat and its other listed cooking functions; it does not have a pressure-cooking function.

How do I set up a layered meal?

Follow the recipe guide and make sure the Cook & Crisp Tray is positioned securely before adding food. Recipes specify the required liquid and tray position.

How should I clean it?

Unplug the cooker and let it cool before cleaning. Remove the cooking pot and tray and follow the care instructions supplied with the product.
